Cancellation & Refund Policy

Digital product nature

MapMyTrail sells digital downloads — high-resolution map poster files delivered instantly to your browser. Because the product is delivered and accessible immediately upon payment, we operate a limited refund policy as outlined below.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once a download has been initiated, as the digital product is delivered at the point of purchase. If you have not yet accessed your download, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation.

Refunds

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure: If the download failed and you were unable to access your poster file, we will issue a full refund or re-deliver the file, at your preference.
  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
  • Incorrect product: If the file delivered does not match what was described at the point of purchase.

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, incorrect settings chosen during poster creation (style, size, locations), or low-resolution free-tier downloads that were downloaded in error instead of the paid version.

How to request a refund

Email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order ID or the email address used at checkout
  • A brief description of the issue

We review all refund requests within 48 hours and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.

Subscription products

MapMyTrail currently offers one-time purchases only. If subscription plans are introduced in future, this policy will be updated to reflect cancellation terms for recurring billing.
